My website is www.casselsf.com.

I have two questions:

1. Mobile Site Buttons (Home, Nearby, Search, etc): They are currently light blue. How do I change the color?

2. App URL: Is there currently a way to use my own branded url instead of "app.dsmobile...."

Hello!

I apologize for the late response, I've been out of the office for the past few days. In regards to your questions, at this time there is no way to change the color format of the Buttons that you mentioned but I can submit a Suggestion to see if this can be done in a future update of our Mobile IDX.

Also, there isn't any way to change the URL of the Mobile IDX currently, but we are also looking at ways to where this can either be changed in the future or possibly be changed into a full-fledged app, but that wouldn't happen into the future either so I wouldn't have an ETA to provide you at this time.

David,

I just wanted to say that I am definitely for the custom url and would prefer to have that option before the change in colors. I would think you could do this with a cname subdomain. Also is this something that is picked up automatically when a user enters on a site or something you just have to link to? Check out the way Smarter Agent does theirs, it is pretty cool popup that ask for the mobile or full version.

Hello Ashlee,

Yeah the Custom URL thing wouldn't happen until later down the road, and to be honest, we may end up just creating an actual app and not use a Web app like we're doing now, so we want to make sure we at least submit the Suggestion so that Programming has some kind of idea what people are looking for in functionality.

Also, with how it works right now, you can include Script Code from the Mobile section of the Control Panel so that a User can be prompted to use Mobile or stick to use the Desktop version of the Site, but one thing to keep in mind with is that anybody going to a Page generated by the Plugin or with dsSearchAgent embedded there, it will overwrite the prompt and automatically redirect to Mobile IDX.

Just use a mobile and swap to a different network. I would recommend Samsung.

If you want o have a mobile site then it's better to have a separate site parallel to the main site.
