    form submission questions

    I've created a piddly little call to action to capture emails.

    I tested it and the confirmation that appears is hideous. It just takes the user to a blank white screen that says { Result: 'success', Message: 'Contact inserted.'}

    How can I customize the confirmation screen? Searched all around. What am I missing?

    When you created the form, did you enter anything for "Redirect URL"? If you put something there it will redirect the user to that page once the form has been submitted. So, create a "thanks" page with a message like "Thanks for contacting us, we'll be in touch soon." and use that as your Redirect URL. Hope that helps.

    Hello!

    Mike is right on. You can choose where the Form redirects the User when it's been filled out, so you can choose to redirect them to a neatly created Page of your choice, you just need to specify that in that 'Redirect URL' field that was mentioned in the Options for that Form.
