One thing we would like is to require a phone number on the mobile idx registration form. To only require a name and email isn't a good lead source for us to be personable with the end-user. Every other registration form asks for a phone #. Any thought or idea?

The Site looks good! You're definitely in the right direction, you'll just want to make sure that you maintain updates on the Site so that Google continues to crawl it frequently, but other than that just keep doing what you're doing.
