    Hey Bruce,

    Regarding #1: you're right, I don't see the "search panel" and it looks like you have the "Show Open Houses" box checked. I'll have to run this by Programming tomorrow.

    Regarding #2: we don't have the data imported (yet) and I'm not sure if we're approved to display it. I don't see that we have MLS approval yet. So here's what I'll do, I'll check with our IDX Department first thing tomorrow morning and update this thread for MRIS. We're working diligently to import data for those MLS's where we haven't done so already and of course we're doing the same on getting MLS approval.

    I just noticed that both my dsSearchAgent is messed up on my website: http://www.illinoislandandhomes.com/real_estate_search and also my IDXpress widgets are apparently broken. My IDX Listings widget was not displaying the newest listings on the map anymore - it was displaying a big long list of them and then right below that expanding all of the detail views that are supposed to go at the top when you mouse over a listing on the map. Also, the formatting of the results page of my IDX Quick Search widget as well as pretty much all the idx results pages is messed up - it's putting numbers random things and there are broken picture links (like the broker reciprocity and MRED logo).     There is also a major speed issue with searches - they hang for several seconds everytime you try and do anything or click on anything. I have clients e-mailing me that are searching for homes on my site that can't use it in the current state. I assume these things got broken during the transition to 3.1 today. I submitted a ticket on this but I assume I'm not an isolated incident as I've seen other posters on this forum saying the same thing.

    Something is messed up - can it be looked into ASAP?

    I'm having a problem too. Seems all my premade links are not working. You'll see the map pull up, but it doesn't poplulate unless you click the green "see results" button, then the listings that do show up don't have anything to do with the premade search... I've got lots of premade searches too - schools, property types, rentals etc. http://dfwmoves.com/city-guides/kell...orse-property/ ************Tried to submit a ticket but the help desk page that opens from the link here on the on the forum, as well as the help desk button on the dashboard just opens to an empty page showing only the word "false". Bummer.

    Well, in regards to the second portion... We don't have the data imported (yet) and I'm not sure if we're approved to display it. So I'll have to check with our IDX Department if we will be allowed to display it. Once I have confirmation one way or the other, I'll update this thread.

    It's been a week, and still no sold info, Open House criteria still doesn't show up on the search panel.

    Having an online forum like this to discuss ideas and identify issues is a great idea. However - it's not much use if issues are posted and then ignored. Should I raise individual support tickets for these to get a response? Please advise.

    Hey Bruce,

    We're certainly not ignoring the issue... We've submitted the update for review to MRIS as per my last response to you. We have not received confirmation on whether or not we're approved to display "Sold" Data. For now, we're in a holding pattern with the MLS until they approve us. Some MLS's work much faster than others but we work on following up with them daily for a status update.

    I'll open a Support Ticket for you on the other issue...

    Ricardo, Anything coming down the pipes for a IDXPress update? The ability to change and modify the listings added to the plugin feature would be stellar.

    Hello!

    Definitely submit a Ticket to Support if you're seeing issues with Results. This is a fairly old thread so it may be something new and isolated that is only happening to you.
