Custom Marketing Email Design

Is it possible to create a custom marketing email design or a template that can be reused?

The short answer is no, you can't create a template that you can save in dsAgentReach and re-use. But, there is still a way to accomplish what you're trying to do...

When you create a "Marketing Email" in dsAgentReach, you'll see an "HTML" link on the upper right-hand side of the editor. Once you've designed and written your marketing email, click on the HTML link and it'll generate a pop-up window that reads "HTML Source Editor" - http://d.pr/hrRp - copy-paste the content on that page and save it into a notepad document for re-use it future marketing emails.

So if I wanted a custom design I'd just have to copy/paste for each? Is there any problem then using links to graphics on the client's website for a custom header or footer image?

I just want to give the client the correct information.

That shouldn't be a problem at all. Those images just need to be hosted somewhere on your clients site. Otherwise, our editor allows you to insert those custom header/footer images no problem.

I'd be enthusiastic about doing this to. I assume using the HTML manager would really be the easy way. . is it? . . .

I don't think that there is any problem for copy/paste of any image but insert or edit those custom header/footer images no problem.

That would be a good option. You could just copy/paste the html prior to publishing.
