    New Site - www.904Living.com

Would love some feedback... Still a work in progress, but I'm sure it will be for some time.

I like the clean design, and the clear call to action to phone.

Do you get many people filling put the Whats My Home Worth section? I want to focus on listings, and am trying to work out how as most site features and designs cater to buyers

Hey Gus - Just released the site to search engines a few days ago... Too early to tell. Generally speaking (from NAR surveys and my personal observation) the majority of your internet leads will be buyers. Which is why I created the site... About 65% of my volume comes from listings.

Start calling expired & fsbo leads That's what has done it for me...

I would move the 6 community buttons/text above the main image below the red navigation bar. Buyers want to search listings fast and you have this excellent feature below the fold. Overall it looks great! Very clean and great colors.904LivingSPEdit.jpg

Nice, very clean. I'm redesigning my site now. I went from clean to colorful and I'm not sure how I like it.
