    two disclaimers in one page

    Hey there.
For the moment I have the dsSearchAgent panel on my home page. This means I have a disclaimer under the map AND at the disclaimer footer at the bottom. Anything I can do about that? I'd love to hid the one under the map...

Oops. Wrong section. I can't delete my own post?

    Hey Stephanie,

No worries about where this was posted... But the short answer to your question is no. Unfortunately, we can't remove the disclaimer from the product. I get what you mean by it, but it's a necessity per MLS rules.

Personally, I wouldn't worry to much about it. I don't think the consumer spends too much time reading the disclaimer. I think they just want to know that the information is up-to-date and reliable. If they have a good search experience on your site, the double-dip on the disclaimer isn't going to affect them.

Gus, that's the solution for dsIDXpress. This question is about dsSearchAgent.
