    I would love some feedback

I launched my blog a few months ago and would love some feedback.

    Hey Felipe,

For the most part, I dig it. It's clean, simple, and easy to access content.

Here's a few things I could do without though:

    - The "Search" widget just above your home search. I don't find it very useful. For example, I did a search for "understanding escrow" and "mortgage rates" and both resulted in irrelevant results. That can be quite frustrating. The search is useful if you have a large library of content and it's easy to find specific pieces. In this case however, I think it's hurting more than it's helping.
    - I'm not a fan of the "tags" widget on the sidebar. If anything, it looks messy and unorganized. What I'd rather see is a list of available content categories so that I can more effectively filter/search for content that way.
    - I don't like the "Pages" widget or the "Stay In Touch" widget on the footer of the site. First, that's too many pages. It can be overwhelming. Pick a handful of pages where you'd like to direct attention to. As for the "Stay in touch" that sounds more like "Follow me on Twitter, Email, et cetera". The links noted there, don't seem very relevant.

Hope that doesn't come off as negative, just trying to give my honest feedback and be helpful.

Felipe, viewed in the Firefox browser there is a text string displayed in the top left corner: - 5ADA0C1E3A9B9D0653C94C841A0A8951 " />

I would delete the scrolling ads below the navigation bar so that the ability to search and info. about you is above the fold and more prominent.

It seems like this would be a tough segment to be in LV real estate right now.

Beautiful layout and seems user friendly. Main menu tags can be more prominent than the topics below.

Nice looking site. I recommend installing a google plus 1 button in a prominent area site wide. Google plus is super important for seo these days. Check out my site to see an example (and click my plus 1!!).

Great site! Love the clean lines.

    2 quick thoughts:

Your menu item "Sell Your Home" has some very tight text when you hover.
I agree with the crowded looking tags widget on the lower right, too busy.

    Keep up the good work!
