DS has not updated the NWMLS feed since Thursday, February 23rd. DS is not showing any new listings or updated activity since. I couldn't have been the only person to have reported this in all of Western Washington.

Hi there, I just checked with our Support Manager and Programming Team... We're definitely aware of the issue and are working quickly to have it resolved. If you have an open Support Ticket for this, our Team will update you as soon as we've confirmed that everything is good to go.

I sincerely hope this issue is resolved before you guys take off for a 3-day weekend.
Hey Richardo, getting the same run around / excuse the last time this happen. DS Support claims it's an MLS issue, that none of the other websites are displaying the "missing" listings. Well, like before, they have their head in the sand. Listings are correctly showing on all other websites (I checked the major company sites)...they're only missing on DS.
Richardo, the problem continues...more missing listings on DS.
It's like a broken record in an endless loop. DS continues its inability to show all listings, particularly new listings, that all other vendors and company websites are displaying. We're getting complaints from consumers about "our" lack of providing timely listings in email alerts or on the sites.
I'm having the same problem in NorthstarMLS: http://forum.diversesolutions.com/th...eds-Going-Down
The frustrating thing for me is I waited all day Friday for them to respond and then I get a response on Monday asking for some MLS numbers of properties not displaying when a simple look at the IDX generated pages shows many listings with no photos and a saved search that I have looking for properties that have been listed for less than 5 days gives me 0 results when it should give 100-200. Of course I didn't get back to my computer to pull that information until after close of business today so now I have to wait another day for it to be fixed and it looks like the feed is already 5-6 days stale.
