At 6:45am PDT on Friday I sent email@example.com a ticket (#52856) in regards to my MLS feed (NorthstarMLS) having not updated in 2-3 days. I never received a reply on Friday which means the site is still not getting the new listings over the weekend. Very disappointing that a support ticket submitted prior to the beginning of the business day was not responded to by the end of the day.
The MLS feed problem has occurred almost every couple of months and it is frustrating that DS does not have some kind of automated checking system in place to determine when feeds have problems so that they are fixed without me having to find the problem and report it. For example, if more than 12 hours passes with no new listings, there is certainly a problem with the feed. I would think that would be pretty easy to query and report on.
