I am not getting any pictures coming through on dsidxpress( pro version) I am receiving the following error message:
"Juicebox error: config xml file not found? anybody getting this because it use to work fine.

Also my registration just says"sending" and you can't log in
Also diverse solution search registration does not affect diverse solution idx press registration, it is making my client sign in twice, and the second time it does not go through, it just says "sending"
    thanks

    Hi Gerri,

A lot of the time, this errors is generated because of a conflict between another Plugin that you have installed or with certain settings that you have in place in your server. The URL's that are used for the slideshow to work properly are formatted specifically, and this errors appears when those URLs are not formatted in the correct way.

Are you still continuing to see this issue on your end? If you are, would you be able to send me a Link to where I can see this happening on your Site?

I am seeing the same error on my site with and without the www.

    http://www.losangelessouthbay.com/id...hills_ca_90274
    http://losangelessouthbay.com/idx/ml...hills_ca_90274

This also happens with every single Plug-in turned off. Any other ideas? Support has been unresponsive.

    Hello Lee,

The issue that you're having has to do with the pathing of your Site and how it's populating the URL, because it's throwing off how the Plugin is attempting to load the URL for the Slideshow. For whatever reason, your Site is masking the 'www' for some URLs but not others and that's what's throwing it off.

If you see on this URL, it DOES NOT contain the 'www' and the slideshow does not work. See here: http://losangelessouthbay.com/idx/ml...hills_ca_90274

If you see this one, it DOES include the 'www' and the slideshow does work: http://www.losangelessouthbay.com/id...hills_ca_90274

So the issue is with how your Site is formatting the URL on the back-end. It should maintain the 'www' included for all Pages for it to work properly.

    Daveed,

I am getting the very same error for the same reason, www or non-www.

The Wordpress back end correctly re-writes all pages I created if you try to browse the non-www version, sending the visitor to the www version. However, for virtually created pages, (domain.com/idx/?), the re-write re-direct is not working.

This is my .htaccess file, do you see a problem here?

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # uploaded files
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
    RewriteRule ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(.*\.php)$ $1 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]
    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress
    I am guessing its a re-write issue.

    Thanks,

    Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

I apologize for the late response to your update, it's been extremely hectic here in Support with being a bit short-handed so I haven't been able to update the Forums as often. I did take another look at the issue that you were having and it does look like the issue has been resolved. I am no longer seeing any Juicebox Errors when viewing the Slideshow on Details of Listings through your Site, so I believe you should be good-to-go now.
